Please know before you book
Reservation fees are non-refundable — $6.88 for readings and consultations, $28.88 for extended sessions. The fee is included in each session's price and you'll be asked to accept these terms once, in your basket, before paying.
All sessions take place virtually unless an in-person visit is absolutely necessary. If that's the case, Wóngā Āyítí will reach you afterwards by phone, text or email.
Private sessions are for adults 18 and over. You'll be asked for your date of birth, and anyone under 18 can't book. How we use it.

How to prepare for your session
- Sit somewhere quiet for a few minutes beforehand, and find a private space where you won't be interrupted.
- Write your question down as plainly as you can — one clear question or area of focus. You'll be asked for it when you book.
- Have your date of birth ready — private sessions are for adults 18 and over, and you'll be asked for it when you book.
- Check your internet connection, camera and sound a few minutes early.
- Keep water, a notebook and a pen nearby.
- Arrive a few minutes early with an open, relaxed mind. For extended sessions, plan a short break and a light meal beforehand.

A reading is a conversation with your own knowing. Come with an open mind, a clear question, and the willingness to hear what is actually there.
- All readings are provided for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only.
- Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Please consult a licensed professional for those matters.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to book a reading.
- All reading sales are final. Readings are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
- Come with one clear question or area of focus. Vague questions produce vague answers.
- We do not read on pregnancy, health diagnoses, death, or third parties who have not consented to be read.
- You are responsible for your own choices and actions following a reading. Any decision you make is yours alone.
Sessions start Monday through Wednesday, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Chicago / Central time — please convert to your own time zone before booking. Want a different start or end time for a 6-hour session? Mention it in your notes and we'll arrange it with you.

Before you book
- A consultation is required before any spiritual work begins. This lets us understand your situation and tell you honestly whether we can help.
- We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Spiritual work supports your own effort; it does not replace it.
- Your information is kept confidential. Please be equally respectful of the privacy of the work.
- We reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside what we practice, or that we believe would cause harm.

Booking Policy
Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Private sessions are for adults 18 and over; a date of birth is required to book.
Privacy
Privacy policy: date of birth information
Private sessions — readings, consultations and extended sessions — are for adults 18 and over. This explains how Wóngā Āyítí collects, uses and protects the date of birth you give when you book.
What we collect and when
- Your date of birth and phone number, entered once when you create your account (or added from your account page if your account is older). An account is required to book a private session, and the date of birth is tied to that account's email and phone number — the same ones you use at checkout.
- Each email and each phone number can be used for only one account, so no one else can book under your details.
- Nothing else is asked for age purposes. Shoppers can check out without an account; only account holders are asked for a date of birth.
How we use it
- Only to confirm you are 18 or older, so your session can be booked. The age is checked when you add the session to your basket and again at checkout.
- If you are under 18, the session can't be added to your basket or paid for.
- We never use it for marketing, and we never sell or share it.
How we protect it
- It is saved with your account and your booking record. Only you (signed in) and the site owner can view it.
- It appears only in Wóngā Āyítí's own booking alerts and dashboard, so your appointment can be prepared for. It is not printed in your confirmation or reminder emails.
- Your card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; your date of birth is not sent to it.
How long we keep it
- For as long as your account is active.
- Accounts with no activity for 366 days are removed, along with the date of birth and phone number saved with them. We email you 30 days beforehand — signing in keeps your account.
- After removal you're welcome to create a new account with the same email and phone number.
